A granita is a shaved ice confection made by freezing fresh juices and purees and finely shaving them for a light, airy and smooth texture.

At Bernie’s, we add homemade toasted meringue for that luxurious twist.

Jon started Bernie’s after over a decade working in Michelin-starred kitchens and private events. As a chef drawn to simple things done with exceptional care, he brings that same level of craft to playful, unexpected desserts — always with intention and style.
