- Is all of Bernie’s Italian ice dairy-free? — The base is always dairy-free — real fruit, water, and cane sugar. A small number of specialty flavors may contain trace amounts of dairy; we’ll identify those for your event.
- Is Bernie’s Italian ice gluten-free? — Yes. Italian ice contains no wheat or gluten ingredients.
- Are the toppings dairy-free? — The condensed-milk drizzle contains dairy and can be skipped. Ask us about the meringue and any specialty flavors for your guest list.
- Is it vegan or nut-free? — Ask us for your event — we’ll confirm the meringue, toppings, and nut handling for your guest list before you book.
- Where do you cater? — All of Los Angeles County and Orange County.
